
Return Policy
Contact Us:
First step is to send us a message - make sure you contact us within 14 days of receiving your gear. After you reach out to us, we’ll send you a Return Authorization Form.
Send it Back:
Once you have the Return Authorization Form, ship us the package. If possible, reuse the mailer it came in! (Mother Nature will be happy!) Please note: you'll need to cover the shipping cost to send the gear back to us.
Items must be unused and in resalable condition.
We’ll notify you about the status of your refund after our team inspects the gear.
Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. You’ll see the credit according to your card issuer's policies.
Note: Shipping charges won't be included in your refund.
Inspection and Refund:
Returns typically take 1-2 weeks to receive and process. Once we get your item and the Return Authorization Form, we’ll inspect it. If everything checks out, we’ll issue you a full refund (minus shipping charges).
