Return Policy

  1. Contact Us:

    First step is to send us a message - make sure you contact us within 14 days of receiving your gear. After you reach out to us, we’ll send you a Return Authorization Form. 

  2. Send it Back:

    Once you have the Return Authorization Form, ship us the package. If possible, reuse the mailer it came in! (Mother Nature will be happy!) Please note: you'll need to cover the shipping cost to send the gear back to us.

    • Items must be unused and in resalable condition.

    • We’ll notify you about the status of your refund after our team inspects the gear.

    • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. You’ll see the credit according to your card issuer's policies.

    • Note: Shipping charges won't be included in your refund.

  3. Inspection and Refund:

    Returns typically take 1-2 weeks to receive and process. Once we get your item and the Return Authorization Form, we’ll inspect it. If everything checks out, we’ll issue you a full refund (minus shipping charges).
